Reality
There is no perfect love. There is no perfect relationship.
If you want to be looked at by your lover everyday like you're the best thing that has ever happened to them, then constantly try to be the best thing that has ever happened to them. If you want someone to love you no matter what, then do your best to make them love you no matter what.
We fall in love, we fall out of love. If you want someone to stay in love with you then give them a reason to stay in love. If you want someone to stay in your life, give them a reason to.
Never forget what you deserve but also remember that you have limits. Your place is in the middle. There is a fine line between perseverance and desperation. Giving someone a reason to stay is different from begging them to do so.
People say true love doesn't have a reason for its existence. I beg to differ. There's always a reason for love. It could be one great trait, or a lot of small things that add up together.
Often times we are just oblivious of the reasons, blinded by the euphoria of a blossoming romance.
It is only in time that the euphoria will eventually settle and you will find that the truth is, we all pay for love but only in different currencies.
